She is President of Georgian Childrenâ€™s Allergists and Clinical immunologists Association, Past-President of International Lions Clubs-Tbilisi Lions Club, Vice-President of Georgian Pediatric Association, Executive Director of the Georgian-Germany Childrenâ€™s Developmental and Rehabilitation Foundation â€œZonnensheinâ€. R.Karseladze is Member of General Assembly of EPA-UNEPSA, Invited abroad lectureship (Cairo University- Egypt), Afyon Kocatepe University â€“Turkey) and in various European and World Conferences during last 5 years: (Berlin 2008, Vienna 2009, Vienna 2010, Madrid 2010, Copenhagen 2011, Barcelona 2011, 2014; Florence 2015, Rome 2016.
